HARDIN CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Producer/Winery: Hardin Cellars
Grape Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, which is aged in French oak barrels for about 14 months. Deep, intense plum, dark cherry, and spice are prevalent right away on the nose and palate. The signature of the vintage is then on full display with minerality, balancing structure and a vibrant, fresh core that lifts the fruit and carries the wine. A classic Napa Valley Cab that will drink well for many years. If you had to describe Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon in a few words, it would be fruit, structure, depth, concentration and acidity.
